How to Order

DFPS employees: Orders must be placed through your assigned DFPS Local Service Coordinator (LSC). If you don’t know the identity of your assigned LSC, please consult the LSC List for the name of the LSC assigned to your mail code, then contact that person for the items you wish to receive. Some items also are available on the Smiley Forms intranet site.

DFPS LSCs: Please login to begin shopping. If a requested item is not listed, please email dfpsformspublications@dfps.state.tx.us.

Employees of other agencies: If you work for an agency outside DFPS and wish to place an order, please submit your request to dfpsformspublications@dfps.state.tx.us.

When to Order

Orders are accepted in monthly cycles that roughly correspond to the calendar month. This month's current cycle runs from December 1, 2019  through December 31, 2019; orders received during this period will be shipped around the last week of the following month in which the cycle ends. 

Please note that in order to preserve inventory and reduce strain on resources, only one order per LSC can be accepted per cycle.
